Croatian Association of Fulbright and Hubert H. Humphrey Program Scholars
Croatian Fulbrighters is a network of former Fulbright Scholars in Croatia, which includes more than 300 members. Its goal is to establish and strengthen cooperation of its members by organizing various activities (conferences, workshops, lectures, etc.).

Fulbright in Croatia
The Fulbright Program is administered in Croatia by the U.S. Embassy in Zagreb in partnership with the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education and the Agency for Mobility and EU Programs.
The Fulbright Program was established in 1946 under legislation introduced by former Senator J. William Fulbright of Arkansas to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. Today it is the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Government with more than 380,000 alumni from more than 160 countries.

Fulbright Foreign Student Program
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program (pre-doctoral student program) enables graduate foreign graduate students, young professionals, and artists to research and study in the United States for one year or longer at U.S. universities or other appropriate institutions.
Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program
The Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program (post-doctoral scholar program) provides grants to approximately 850 foreign scholars from over 100 countries to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions for an academic semester up to a full academic year.
Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (Fulbright TEA)
The Fulbright TEA is a six-week non-degree, non-credit academic program at a U.S. university for Croatian secondary school teachers in fields of mathematics, science, social studies, English, or for teachers who work with children with disabilities. This program will provide Croatian teachers with unique opportunities to develop expertise in their subject areas, enhance their teaching skills, and increase their knowledge of the United States
Fulbright Specialist Program
The Fulbright Specialist Program has been initiated to provide short-term Fulbright grants abroad lasting between 2 and 6 weeks. Central to this program is the original Fulbright purpose of advancing mutual understanding, establishing long-term cooperation, and creating opportunities for institutional linkages.
Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program
Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program brings accomplished mid‑level professionals to the United States for a 10-month combined academic (NON-DEGREE) and professional work. Fellowships are granted competitively to both public and private sector candidates with strong leadership potential and a commitment to public service. For more information see: The Hubert H.
